Return Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with proof of purchase.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unread, unmarked, and undamaged)
  • In original packaging if applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been damaged by the customer
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Special order items or custom purchases
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards (unless required by law)

Refund Process

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or prepared for pickup. To cancel an order:

  • Provide your order number and purchase details
  • If the order has already been processed, it will be treated as a return subject to our return policy

If you cancel an order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.

Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs

For in-store purchases, please return items directly to our store at no additional cost to you.

For online purchases or items purchased elsewhere:

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs
  • Our Error: If we made an error in your order, we will reimburse you for return shipping costs
